These terms govern your use of the SLB3 Productions website, demo builders, client portal, and all related services. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the SLB3 Productions website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Services

SLB3 Productions provides digital technology services including web development, app development, digital tools, full-stack solutions, creative production, and custom packages.

Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are established through individual project agreements between SLB3 Productions and the client.

Our AI-powered demo builders are provided for demonstration purposes and do not represent final deliverables. Actual project outcomes may differ from demo-generated content.

3. Demo Builder Usage

Our interactive demo builders (Web Development, App Development, Digital Tools, Full-Stack Solutions, Custom Packages) are provided free of charge for demonstration purposes.

Content generated by the demo builders is created in real-time using AI and is intended to showcase our capabilities. Generated content is not guaranteed to be production-ready.

You may not use the demo builders to generate harmful, illegal, or offensive content.

We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to the demo builders at our discretion.

4. Client Portal

Access to the client portal requires account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to update your information as needed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the SLB3 Productions website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SLB3 Productions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

For client projects, intellectual property ownership and licensing terms are defined in individual project agreements.

Content generated through our demo builders is provided as-is for demonstration purposes. Ownership of demo-generated content does not automatically transfer to the user.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are established in individual project agreements and invoices.

Unless otherwise specified, payments are due within 30 days of invoice date.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

SLB3 Productions provides its website and demo tools on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our website or demo builders.

SLB3 Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Confidentiality

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio with prior client approval.

Information shared through the contact form or demo builders is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
